- Full time temporary opportunity until 30 June 2028 (35 hours per week)

**Your role**

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Officer to assist with the implementation and coordination of key projects that enhance Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) service delivery and operational outcomes. You will contribute to programs that make a real difference for Aboriginal communities.

**What you’ll do**
- Deliver accuracy, attention to detail and well-written administrative support, including through the coordination of community engagements, intergovernmental and stakeholder meetings; minute taking; management of travel and expenses; and development of stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team development.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience with project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
