Open Sky Disability Services is looking for a _bubbly and proactive_ **Community Support Worker** to support a client based in **Wanneroo** who uses an electric wheelchair. The role includes **community outings** using our **wheelchair-accessible vehicle**, so being comfortable with driving is essential.

**Shifts Available**:

- Monday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

**Key Requirements**:
Valid Driver’s Licence
Confident driving modified wheelchair vehicle
Energetic, friendly, and proactive attitude
Experience in disability/community support (preferred)

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
