Join us at Early Start Australia, where you'll be part of an exciting phase in our growth, dedicated to positively impacting the lives of children and their families. We're currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Therapy Program Supervisor to join our team at the Wanneroo clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting functional behaviour assessments
- Developing person-centered, evidence-informed behaviour support plans
- Providing training and support to families and stakeholders in implementing behaviour support strategies
- Monitoring the effectiveness of behaviour support strategies
- Offering supervision to other PBS practitioners

**Requirements**:

- Passion for supporting children and families with behaviours of concern
- Registration with the NDIS Commission as a Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Relevant allied health qualification or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in developing behaviour support plans
- Understanding of restrictive practices and associated reporting requirements
- Compliance with necessary checks and certifications including National Police Check, Working with Children check, NDIS Workers Screening clearance, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Driver’s License & Vehicle
