We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Physiotherapist to work across our three facilities: Jacaranda Lodge, Wanneroo Nursing Home and Barridale Lodge for immediate start.

Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organisation situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

As an Elderbloom Physiotherapist your main duties will be:

• Practice in accordance with the Physiotherapist scope of practice
• Contribute to the assessment, resident care plan development and reviews which are completed as per schedule and in partnership with the resident and their nominated representatives
• Comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational policies and procedures
• Identify and follow up physiotherapy issues, incidents and developing trends with the manager
• Providing high quality resident-focused clinical care and support
• Completing reporting and documentation requirements

To be a successful applicant you will be/have:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a physio preferably in aged care
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
• A person-centered approach to your role with a focus on customer service
• Computer literacy and good communication skills

Essential criteria for this position include:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a physio preferably in aged care
• Proof of current flu vaccination status
• Proof of current COVID vaccination status
• Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clerance Check
• Right to work in Australia
