We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our accounting firm. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting our team, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Overseeing daily office operations, including managing records, invoices, and client correspondence.
- Allocating office resources and ensuring supplies, equipment, and systems are well-maintained.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and workplace policies.
- Coordinating HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and professional partners.
- Implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems to support the firm’s operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in office management, ideally in an accounting or professional services firm.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology or Accounting (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
