**Your Role**
This is an amazing opportunity with a leading Global OEM as a Mechanical Service Technician, responsible for maintaining mobile equipment in the crushing and screening sectors. Based out of the Melbourne office on the west side of town, you have great mobility to travel around Melbourne and throughout the country to provide superior customer support with installations and maintenance.

You will report to the Service Manager and Mechanical Supervisor.

This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:

- **Servicing of equipment on-site & in the workshop**:

- **Carry out the workload of service jobs across the nation**:

- **Installation & construction of mobile asphalt/quarry equipment**:

- **Conduct mechanical inspections as required**:

- **Provide customer support proactively**

**Is This You?**
With a proven track record as a Mechanical Service Technician, you thrive when given the tools to succeed and follow directives easily. You can work independently and easily build strong working relationships with both new and existing clients. With a safety-first attitude, you have some heavy industrial background and are comfortable travelling.

You will possess the following attributes and experience:

- **Mechanical Engineering Trade certification**:

- **Proven background of mechanical ability as a service technician**:

- **Experienced with preparing service & failure reports**:

- **Safety first attitude towards your work**:

- **Asphalt/crushing/quarry/concrete industry experience - Ideal**
