Join our Maintenance team as our Building Maintenance Tradesperson, you will be responsible for general maintenance activities across the sites and support the Site Services Supervisor, including leading projects as directed.

Main Duties
- Provide support to the Site Services Supervisor, including acting as 2IC and at higher duties as required
- Provide support and guidance to external maintenance subcontractors, and act as the host for external parties
- Take ownership of and be proactive in the maintenance and upkeep of site grounds and buildings / equipment, internal and external to facilities
- Liaise directly with the Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure a high standard of facility upkeep is maintained
- Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, Legal and Ethical standards
- Trouble shoot and implement corrective actions to address complex maintenance issues
- Maintain a professional image while meeting strict timeframes to ensure building and equipment serviceability
- Develop and maintain a high level of customer service with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive cross functional relationships
- Maintain the required level of skill and competencies relevant for your role and development
- All compliance records under your responsibility to be completed on time and in an effective manner
- Ensure cGMP compliance by following company policies and procedures
- Proactively drive Operational Excellence through the area of responsibility by supporting OE processes and team involvement
- Identify and participate in the implementation of CI opportunities, including workshops and training
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace by complying with company instructions and processes, taking reasonable care to ensure your own safety and health and that of others, and to report any injury, hazard or illness immediately.

About You
- Recognised Trade Qualification in Construction or Maintenance preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance
- Previous experience in building and construction preferred
- Forklift licence would be well regarded
