**Warehouse Supervisor**/**Manager - Kings Park NSW**

**About the Company**
We are a proudly Australian-owned company specialising in **Pacific Island food products**, distributing a wide range of quality goods to retailers and wholesalers across the country. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team based in **Kings Park, NSW**.

This is a hands-on role within a **Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)** environment, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front and maintaining smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, storage, and inventory management.
- Operate forklifts (including **high reach**) to load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate stock control, ensure FIFO procedures, and support stocktakes.
- Lead and support a small team to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies at all times.
- Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support order fulfilment for retail and wholesale customers.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in a **warehouse or FMCG environment**.
- Proven experience in a **supervisory or leading hand role**.
- Current **Forklift Licence (LF)** - **high reach and truck unloading** experience essential.
- Sound understanding of warehouse systems, safety procedures, and stock management.
- Experience in **retail food distribution** or similar industry highly regarded.
- Reliable, organised, and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to take a hands-on approach.
