Our finance team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a passionate and result driven **Finance Business Partner** to join our growing team

**The role**

As a key member of the APAC business, you will be critical in the budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the Australian and New Zealand financial and operational performance. Providing insights, analysis and support in the overall businesses achievement of results and targets, but equally working closely with the executives and key stakeholders at a granular level on past performance and actions going forward.

**Ideal Profile**

We are looking for an engaging Finance professional with influencing skills and an ability to gain buy-in from a broad range of different stakeholders. You will embrace the WS Audiology values in all aspects of your position and be rewarded by making a profound difference to our customer’s lives:
To ensure success you will be CA/CPA qualified with experience working in a mid-size organisation, with a global presence desirable, but not essential. You’ll know how important it is for a company of this size to be flexible, collaborative and hands on.

Your analytical mindset, passion for understanding and focussing on the details along with key character traits of drive, commitment and work ethic will be as important as your career journey.
