Bakers Assistant

**Job Title: Baker / Apprentice Baker**

**Reports to**: Head Baker / Bakery Manager
**Salary Package**:$70,000 per year**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure all products consistently meet our strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and develop new recipes or products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in line with food safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Formal qualifications as a **qualified baker** or a strong desire to learn in an **apprenticeship role**.
- Proven baking skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver consistently high-quality products.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A genuine passion for baking and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
