L’épi Artisan Bakery is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our expanding group of bakery cafes across Canberra.

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality operations and a keen eye for visual merchandising, team development, and customer experience.

What you’ll do:

- Oversee daily operations across multiple bakery locations
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, product presentation, and workflow
- Collaborate with FOH managers and bakers to drive efficiency and consistency
- Train and support teams to achieve performance goals
- Maintain a strong eye for in-store merchandising and brand aesthetics
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and implement improvements
- Assist with rostering and cost control across sites
- Help coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotions

You’ll need:

- Minimum 3+ years in a hospitality leadership or multi-site management role
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Aesthetic flair and experience in visual merchandising or store presentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A valid driver’s license and flexibility to move between locations
- Passion for food, quality, and delivering a great customer experience
