**About the role at Isentia**
The Client Success Specialist is a critical member of a greater Client Success team who collectively provide service delivery and first line support to clients across Australia and New Zealand.
They are responsible for the servicing of clients’ support and success requirements, working closely with the Team Leaders & wider team to provide efficient, timely and accurate advice to client issues & problems. Client Success Specialists at Isentia are solution-focused and always ensure every client is gaining the desired level of value from their Isentia service.
**Seniority**
**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
