**About the role**
The Client Success Manager role will hold the accountability for one (or more) of 10x’s client relationships. This will mean building and maintaining relationships with accountable executives within banks, mapping, tracking, and maintaining 10x’s commercial and delivery accountabilities across one (or more) clients and holding internal stakeholders to account to deliver the correct client outcomes.
The role will involve working with stakeholders at a very wide range, the ability to drive to an outcome based decision across a number of 10x clients and working with 10x ExCo members to highlight, manage and mitigate risks.
**About you**
You are collaborative and self-motivated with extensive experience as a Client Success Lead working in an agile environment. You must have proven experience managing SaaS or similar commercials of high value contracts. You have a good knowledge of banking and particularly banking trends and client problems. A working knowledge of a variety of agile tools and techniques and have a proven ability to support Client teams being successful in delivering value against the agreed roadmap. You are a confident communicator and stakeholder manager who can maintain a quality output whilst working in a fast-paced environment. You are also a naturally inquisitive problem solver with a high attention to detail.
**Key responsibilities...**
- Managed commercials for a SaaS vendor or similar type relationship sales (e.g. consulting)
- Experience or ability to own a relationship of a large bank as one of 10x’ key clients
- Ability to discuss a technical core banking product with 10x clients to help them understand what is built and the best way to work with this and their current roadmaps
- Maintaining and tracking progress of Client roadmaps, helping Client teams monitor the delivery of capabilities
- Driving the delivery of key capabilities within 10x to support Client deliverables by creating and managing plans
- Providing information and support to enable Client delivery managers to identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies across the Client roadmap
- Working closely with Client Delivery Managers to manage changes to the Client roadmap ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner and governed and communicated through established channels
- Support Client teams in shaping and defining the standards and best practice for Client Engagement and Delivery
**Requirements**:
- Experience of leading enterprise technology transformation projects, ideally in a regulated environment
- Exceptional client management skills; superior writing, listening, and presentation
- Comfortable analysing and writing clearly about wide-ranging emerging technology topics, ideally within banking technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Managed and influenced a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and within client teams
- Facilitated meetings and forums which drive outcomes and value to the business and clients
- Worked within an outcome-focused agile technology environment and applied Agile principles in practice
- Experience of developing and maintaining plans
- Advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Created and managed document libraries in SharePoint / OneDrive
