**About the Role**

Bradnam's Windows and Doors are pleased to offer a position for a **Service Technician** based in **Ashmore**. You will positively contribute to the success of the Branch by installing manufactured products in a safe and timely manner. Provide great customer service at install and actively work to maintain great customer service delivery.

Service Technicians will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

- Interpreting work plans and paperwork, measuring and installing Bradnam’s products for customers on a variety of different work sites;
- Conduct site assessments and rectify any issues with products where necessary;
- Communicate with customers regarding the service and install of their products;
- Glazing of glass products;
- Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work within a broader team environment;
- Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures

**Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts**

**Skills & Experience**

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference.
- You will need a valid, unrestricted Driver’s Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category;
- You will hold a Construction White Card;
- Have previous demonstrated experience using hand and power tools;
- Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;
- Trade qualifications desirable
