**About the role**

As a Showroom Consultant you will be passionate in what you do in supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate the renovation journey.

This role, located in Richmond will not only be based in our stunning bathroom showroom but will also require you to visit clients (such as builders, developers and interior designers) on site so you must be passionate about customer service and building the showroom business.

**Your day to day**
- Deliver exceptional customer service/stakeholder management
- Consult to our customers providing advice on our large range of leading products
- Managing customer quotes and orders
- Work with our 3D Planner to support our customers with their bathroom build
- Using Reece own CRM system

**About you**
- Previous customer service experience including initiative and enthusiasm
- Proficient computer and system skills
- Great communication skills with a passion for sales
- A team player, with safety awareness
