Due to increased demand from overseas partners Edith Cowan University (ECU) is growing our Non-Award programs and are seeking a dynamic administrator, possessing exceptional organisational and communication abilities, to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support, while collaborating closely with ECU and international partner stakeholders.
You will oversee essential administrative and logístical operations for inbound Study Abroad and Study Tour programs and support staff involved with program development.
This position will offer a chance to significantly impact both domestic and international students’ educational experiences, within a nurturing and collaborative team environment.
**A snapshot of some key responsibilities include**:
Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support Non-Award programs.
Being the first point of contact for students and staff and providing guidance and assistance as required.
Collaborating effectively with ECU staff and external partners to facilitate smooth program development and operation.
Additional requirements that contribute to the success of the role include:
Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for occasional out-of-hours commitments (with prior notice).
The role will be based at the Mount Lawley campus but will include workdays as required at the Joondalup Campus.
This role is ideally suited for individuals with backgrounds in international education, volunteer coordination, tourism, or event management.

Desirable
Familiarity with Mandarin or Japanese language is advantageous but not essential.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts a remuneration of $74,435 to $79,279 per annum plus 17% University superannuation.
