We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as **Jobs Advisor within our Digital Services team.**

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor - Digital**

As a Jobs Advisor - Digital you will engage with customers through various digital media platforms (e.g. phone, text, MS Teams) to ensure they remain actively engaged throughout their journey to obtain sustainable employment. You will be contacting customers regularly to develop strong working relationships and liaising with internal departments to identify and refer them to suitable employment and training opportunities.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
- Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
- Assess suitability for opportunities and refer customers to external employers and/or internal training opportunities that will support them finding sustainable employment
- Achieve agreed objectives and targets

**Criteria for Success**
- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- A passion for helping others
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
