A bit about your role
The Program Controls Lead role will be a hybrid position and will consist of providing high level analysis on program and portfolio cost performance including conformance to budget and adherence to target cost measures over various contract models. It involves understanding, interrogating, analysing, and interpreting data, providing performance, and forecasting information and analytics to the Governance and Insights management functions and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will deliver valuable data, reports and knowledge to the Governance and Insights and Build leadership team to facilitate informed decision-making while also driving the ongoing management and improvement of portfolio analytics, reports, cost performance and forecasts and continuously seek opportunities automate enhance and improve reports, processes and procedures for Governance and Insights and its stakeholders.
A bit about you
The Program Controls Lead will be experienced analytics professional with solid understanding of reporting and analytics, data management, project/ program management, scheduling, cost management. You will have an outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
As the Program Controls Lead, you will have the self-drive and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment while also having a strong business acumen, data analysis capabilities, problem solving and strategic thinking skills which are very important.
