**About the role**

As part of reecetech, you’ll join a 250+ strong team that handles everything from Product Management and Engineering to Data and AI. You’ll be crafting next generation digital tools that solve real customers problems and support our people to work more effectively.

You will take a leading technical role on a range of technology and business projects and will be a key contributor towards achieving both our business goals and advancing the company architecture strategy.

**You'll be**:

- Leading and developing a highly technical team.
- Delivering and demonstrating value to the customer through the delivery of key telecommunications and infrastructure strategies and architectures.
- Provide high level solution proposals and budgetary cost estimations for the proposed solution.
- Provide high level architecture and scope of works documentation to voice engineers, infrastructure engineers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects maintain an enterprise-wide view
- Have a balanced point of view when understanding the need for strategic and tactical investments
- Engaging with external contractors and vendors as required to scope and deliver the proposed solution.
- Well-developed solution architect and technical skills across a broad range of technologies
- HP/Cisco Enterprise LAN architecture and design
- IP networking and addressing
- Enterprise routing and switching
- Cloud, AWS, AZURE
- Microsoft Teams

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solution design/architecture experience
- Experience with cloud/datacentre solution designs
- Development of complex end-to-end architectural solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work very collaboratively and flexibly
- Stakeholder management including an ability to interact with all levels of the organisation in a professional, diplomatic and effective manner
- High level of experience in Network fault analysis and diagnostics using packet analysis and common networking tools
- High Level of experience in Dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF), Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting SD-WAN, Aruba Wi-Fi, Firewall platforms and network security frameworks and best practices including hardening techniques
