As a key advisor to our executive leadership team, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of our organization by aligning our workforce with our strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with business unit leaders to understand business goals and align the people strategy accordingly.
- Develop and administer programs to align the workforce with our strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and facilitator of people initiatives for the executive leadership team.
- Provide consultation and guidance on all people-related matters.
- Assist employees and leaders in navigating challenging situations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, programs, and benefits.
- Ensure policies and programs are applied consistently with our core values, staying updated on industry trends and legal requirements.
- Oversee compensation administration, including promotion recommendations, salary review processes, and total rewards distribution.
- Support employee engagement, talent management, and community engagement initiatives and assisting with new hires onboarding.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification, preferred.

**Work Experience**:

- Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency with HR software and performance management systems with knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in DEIB activities.
- Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

**Travel**:
Up to 10% travel may be required.
