**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a
**Debt Collection Officer** to manage the national debtors ledger and implement strategies and collections methodology delivering productivity improvements. This fulltime role is based in
**Hallam.**

If you have experience in data entry, strong reconciliation and debt collection skills, accompanied with excellent time management then this may be an exciting opportunity for you.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage day-to-day Credit Control & Debt Collection activities via a national team
- Drive outbound Customer collection calls/activity
- Manage reduction of bad debt provision
- Review and analyze operational performance
- Generate monthly management reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Mentor and develop staff to implement best practice initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to reduce credit risk and bad debt for the company

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Debt Collection experience of 2-3 years
- Experience with cash receipting and allocation is desirable
- Experience working/dealing with Debt Collection agency will be highly regarded.
