**The role**:
The Group Manager, Digital is a critical role tasked with, and responsible for maximising customer and market value of SkyCity's digital channels whilst also ensuring their compliance with a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. This role is required to work with both our Adelaide and New Zealand teams so offers an opportunity to be based in either Australia (Adelaide) or New Zealand.

**About you**:
You'll be able to develop and mentor the existing team of Product Owners to continuously refine a synchronised vision for each product so strong leadership experience is essential. You'll ensure the digital roadmap is aligned to the vision, mission and strategies of both SkyCity in New Zealand and Australia, as well as hold accountability for that vision. You'll be able to communicate with key stakeholders and product sponsors as well as hold responsibility for budget of the digital team.
