**Job Title: Operational Manager**

"Infintree Workforce Solution" is a labour-hire company based in Perth that specializes in providing quality staffing solutions tailored to the needs of various businesses.

**Position**:
We are seeking a dynamic _**Operational Manager**_ to join our team.
As Operational Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our labour hire agency. From managing client relationships to optimizing internal processes, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for temporary and permanent staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Actively pursue new client acquisition opportunities, effectively pitching our services and negotiating contracts.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment for staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Sociology or other related field.
- Experience in a comparable operational management position or another role requiring adept managerial skills and effective client management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn the various software programs utilized by our agency.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
