Store Person/forklift Operator

Drake Recruitment are looking for a Store Person/Forklift Operator for one of our clients located in Bibra Lake.
Our client world class, worldwide provider of innovative, quality and value-driven flooring and industrial solutions. As a leading worldwide manufacturer, marketer and distributor, our client delivers a comprehensive line of building products, engineered wood flooring, flooring installation tools, adhesives and flooring related products targeted for the Professional Installer as well as the Do-It-Yourselfer.
Role Details:
- Casual role
- Monday - Friday only
- Contacted as required for shifts (7am-3pm)
- ASAP Start
Role Responsibilities and Outputs can include (but are not limited to):
- Adhere to set OH&S rules and regulations
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Participating in stocktakes (as required)
- Pick/packing duties
- Some forklift duties if required
- General warehouse labouring
Skills, Capabilities and Mindset:
- Required:
- Forklift experience and forklift license (desirable)
- A sound understanding of warehouse procedures and practices
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong teamwork skills
- An ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- A committed self-motivated team player with willingness to learn as well as being loyal, flexible and hands on
- Reliable Work car
- Current Driver's License
- Own Hi-Vis PPE including Steel Toed Boots
