**About the Opportunity**:
Assist the business with product, pricing, and costings to ensure delivery within COGs targets. This is achieved through the delivery of weekly and monthly reporting, analysis and management of stock control processes.
- Investigate stock take variances and resolve issues with venue management teams and store personnel
- Ensure all items are set up properly and pricing and COG targets are within budgets and report on anomalies
- Analysis and reporting of purchase cost variances
- Prepare any ad hoc reports of COGs and sales on request from venues and Senior Management Team
- Assist the Analyst Team as required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in hospitality, stocktake and inventory is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in analysis of sales, purchasing, COGs and stocktake reports
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, H&L or similar system
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
- Must have full work rights in Australia
