30 hours/week with full flexibility

Belmont Location with Parking On Site

12 month temp contract with potential for extension it

Our client is a large Tier 1, mining operator who are seeking an administrator to assist their exploration team with their company and government programmes. Their work programmes requires company and government approvals before field work, including activities such as drilling and the associated earthworks to clear land. The role will look after the approval requests including the internal sign off processes, Heritage surveys, as well government (Department of Mines, Industry Regulation & Safety) approval and conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a standardised and consistent database of approval requests
- Co-ordinate a priority ranking for all approval requests
- Engage with stakeholders involved with approval process
- Track process progress and update expected completion dates
- Problem solve delays in the process with stakeholders

**You will need**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
- Ideally an understanding of the government approvals process
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Ability to use Excel and online systems
