Cipher is looking to add a skilled Product Manager with a drive for innovation and delivering beautiful and easy to consume products that utilise Cipher’s unique catalogue of sports data and analytics across our B2C and B2B assets. As Product Manager, and reporting directly to the COO & Head of Product, you will have the opportunity to lead a growing team of designers and developers to deliver awesome web-based user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

These predictive analytics models, combined with our proprietary technology, underpin our entire network of consumer brands, as well as B2B partnerships with leading media companies and betting operators.

**The Role**
- Research, plan, initiate and manage projects that deliver exception value to the customer.
- Work alongside executives to make key decisions on project prioritisation and importance, delivery timelines and execution of all products company wide.
- Managing the end-to-end process of design, development and deployment of new and ongoing products, using industry standard project management tooling.
- Lead the design process, technical scoping, development and launch of innovative tools, platforms and products.
- Integrate ways of working and processes to maximise team health and efficiency.
- Motivate and lead your team and the wider company around new initiatives and ideas.
- Drive product development by utilising a diverse range of in-house skills and expertise.
- Communicate internal priorities, current and future projects, as well as working with external clients.
- Define and implement techniques to assess product viability, successes, and optimisations.
- Work closely with our Product Designer and sports data analysts to ideate and deliver products that feel fresh, alive and dynamic.
- Integrate ideas and input from internal teams across marketing, content, technology and commercial to deliver products that achieve company wide objectives.
- Maximise opportunities to excel in product by understanding Cipher’s strategic strengths and position in the market.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years product management or related industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, data or design studies, plus experience in the following:
- Experience as a Product Manager or Lead Product Designer being responsible for end to end delivery of user interfaces.
- Experience delivering products that involve dynamic data, ideally in sports, wagering or gaming, but may include Fintech or similar fields.
- Experience working in a technical environment making product decisions and identifying solutions based on technical limitations.
- Technical experience with design process, web development, testing and deployment.
- Experience gathering product requirements across internal diverse teams as well as usability data to make internal arguments and drive decisions.
- Experience leading, organising and executing projects
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and drive morale within those around you.
- Interest in US sports codes - NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or otherwise (or all of the above)

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
