**About the Role**:
This full-time position within Specialist Clinics will support the overarching work of all Specialist Clinics related activity. You will manage all requirements for patients and families, as well as designated clinical departments from customer service through to scheduling appointments and discharge.

**What you’ll achieve**:

- Identify, supports, and lead ongoing improvement opportunities.
- Ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to both patient and families and to department/clinic staff.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of specialist clinics procedures, processes, and standard work.

Classification for this position with range from A023-A025 (base salary $70,044 to $73,002 per annum, plus superannuation)

**Your skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Experience working in a health care or specialist Clinics setting is highly desirable.

**About Specialist Clinics**:
Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service, for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital. Seeing over 1200 patients per day we are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
