**Your Game Plan**

As our Supervisor, you’ll be the midfield general — keeping the play flowing, lifting the team, and making sure every shift is a win. You’ll:

- Lead bar and floor teams with confidence, energy, and positivity.
- Oversee daily operations, keeping service running like a well-drilled play.
- Train, mentor, and inspire your teammates to be their best on and off the floor.
- Drive sales by promoting specials, events, and premium offerings.
- Help run events that pack the house and keep our fans coming back.
- Handle cash, stock control, and end-of-day reporting with accuracy and accountability.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality.
- A love for sport, community, and creating electric atmosphere.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay cool under scoreboard pressure.
- Great communication skills — you can talk tactics with staff and keep guests engaged.
- A hands-on approach — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get in the contest.
