**About this opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity that exists for an exceptional SAP WMS Senior Consultant to join our team.

You will be an integral part of our mature and stable SAP Applications team based at our South Brisbane head office or Scoresby Office in Melbourne. The objective of this role is to take a leading role in managing stakeholders, providing support and project services to the Organisation focused on the SAP Logistics Execution Systems.

Lactalis Australia have a large SAP ecosystem which has been kept up to date over the past 20 years to ensure we can leverage the most the system has to offer. We upgraded our SAP systems and stay in step with latest changes; ECC6 (Enhancement Pack 8), CRM7, SRM7, SCM7, BI7 and PI7 along with other third party systems such as Microsoft Sharepoint.

You will have an opportunity to work in a long term permanent role where you will be an integral part of our company success. You will plan, develop, deliver and maintain our SAP Warehouse Management System and other Logistics functions within our SAP ecosystem. We encourage innovation and implementation of new capabilities as they become available to benefit our business in the long term.

Relevant skills and experience include:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with SAP LES configuration
- Previous experience as at Functional Lead
- Demonstrated ability to write clear functional specifications for developers
- Participated in at least 3-5 full project lifecycle implementations with SAP ECC LES module
- Hands-on experience supporting integration between SD, LE, MM, FI-CO and WM modules
- ECC Warehouse Management (WMS) project and functional experience is a must.

This includes:

- Warehouse configuration - Inbound processes, internal processes, pick/pack and outbound delivery.
- Understanding of Radio-Frequency(RF) / Voice technology and integration of same using ITS-Mobile and Vocollect.
- Industry awareness around barcode / labelling requirements (eg SSCC Labels)
- Shipping and transportation functionality experience. Understanding of transportation planning, scheduling, route determination, route optimization, freight rate management, tendering, SD order integration is highly desirable
- Experience in a short shelf life, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
