**About the Role**:
As an Industrial Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise agreement processes, providing advice on IR matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You’ll work closely with the IR team and P&C Business Partners to maintain a fair, compliant, and collaborative workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice on Enterprise Agreements.
- Support EA bargaining and cyclical agreement obligations.
- Assist with policy reviews and legislative updates.
- Draft responses to union and employee IR matters.
- Maintain accurate records and support case management.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in IR or P&C administrative support.
- Knowledge of Modern Awards and workplace legislation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- A tertiary qualification in HR or IR (preferred).
