**The Role**

Working within IAG, Australia’s largest general insurance organisation, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced CTP Claims Consultant to join this high energy office based in Adelaide CBD for a 12 Month Max Term Contract. This role is responsible for the management and delivery of Personal Injury Claims outcomes by undertaking a holistic, customer centric and proactive approach.

**Immediate Start**: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Full time 12 Month Max Term Contract

**Training**:Hybrid training will begin from the start date. Starting from 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do require your commitment to the full-time training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Building relationships at every step of the process with a range of stakeholders by regular and open communication
- Ensure availability to manage telephone and other customer enquiries at scheduled times
- Deliver a high standard of claims management, that results in effective outcomes.
- Support achievements of the team and IAG's objectives by demonstrating IAG's core behaviours

- Self-motivated and proactive in approach across the entire claims process
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
