Our client is a successful well established organisation. They have a supportive and friendly, collaborative management team. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the business.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Assisting with accounts payable, ensuring correct coding of invoices
- Accounts receivable
- Processing payroll journals and accruals and back up payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- General Ledger reconciliation
- End of month processing
- Preparation of P&L
- Quarterly BAS preparation

**Essentially you will have**:

- Previous experience as Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant in a mid sized organisation
- Strong experience processing end of month including reconciling accounts, processing journals and accruals and preparing P&L
- Previous experience preparing BAS
- Advanced Excel -Pivot tables and V-look ups would be a bonus
- Experience using MYOB.
