Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.

A position has come available for an experienced Handy Person with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at our premiere retail site QIC Woodgrove Shopping Centre.

Please be advised this role requires Full Working Rights in Australia.

Work hours are as follows:
Mondays: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Thursday & Fridays: 12pm - 8pm

Saturday & Sundays: 7:30am - 3:30pm

The overall functions of this role are:

- General handy-person and trade duties
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
- Flexible approach to work with occasional night shift work

To succeed in this role you will need:

- Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
- Versatile handy-person skills
- Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
- Basic plumbing skills
- Physically capable of moving equipment
- Ability to be part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and responsible
- Liaise with customers as required.
- Trade qualification is helpful
