Hatch is supporting Amazon to find a great Snr. Program & Business Analytics Manager, ACES to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. **About the role at Amazon**

As Program & Business Analytics Manager, you will own the project analytics pipeline, strategic and tactical delivery of quality/productivity analysis in a critical business portfolio. This newly created role requires project scoping and development sprints based on business criticality, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating across a variety of senior stakeholders where speed and attention to detail is vital.

**Responsibilities**
- Program and Project Risk Management - Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact the program or project's success
- Program Management and Execution - Create and execute a program including scope, budget, objectives, resourcing, and managing rituals such as standups or retros
- Program Strategy Development - Develop a program strategy that aligns with organizational goals
