Are you a confident self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking a part-time Credit Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll focus on engaging with customers to re-engage their services, ensuring a smooth credit control process. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our business growth.

**The Role**:

- Manage the aged debt book across all regions
- Maintain aged debt at appropriate levels
- Actively reduce the default rate
- Liaise with customers and third-party finance providers to provide excellent service
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely reconciliation
- Handle cash allocation and daily payment runs
- Address internal and external queries
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required

**About You**:

- Proven experience in credit control or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in speaking on the phone and engaging with customers
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop
