What you’ll do as an Operations Supervisor (hiring for two roles):
As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing, team leadership (circa 30 reports), and all operational areas/operational processes. You will oversee the security screening of all domestic freight travelling by air, managing daily distribution activities to ensure that people and equipment levels meet service requirements and are employed efficiently.

Please note night-shift hours - Mon-Fri, midnight to 8am. Based from our offices at 7 Viola Place. Allowance applicable on top of base salary.

What are we looking for in an Operations Supervisor? What’s important?
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role (as described above)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.)
- You're enthusiastic, motivated, show initiative and can multi-task
- Solid understanding of HSE and legislative requirements within transportation
