We’re searching for an experienced Facilities Management Lead to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner.

**About the role
The Facilities Management Lead is a key leadership role managing the m aintenance and compliance of the Reece property portfolio across Australia & New Zealand. The Facilities Management Lead wil l be collaborating with a range of stakeholders, ensuring that we are delivering exceptional customer service to our branch network who are the heart of Reece. We are seeking a strong leader who promotes high performance, collaboration, continual improvement and innovation.

**About you
You are an experienced Portfolio Facilities Manager, who has mana ged a large national network of retail, commercial and trade sites. You thrive in providing great customer service through problem solving and proactive thinking and solutions.
