**About the Project**:
Georgiou is proud to be part of the Tonkin Extension Alliance - a key infrastructure initiative that will improve connectivity and safety across Perth's north-eastern corridor. With major road upgrades and new transport connections underway, this project presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in WA's infrastructure landscape.

**About the role**:
As a result of Georgiou’s significant growth, we are now seeking to strengthen our project team through the appointment of an Environmental Advisor. The project is in the Byford region but starting in the Osborne Park Head Office prior mobilisation to site.

**What you're good at**:

- Previous Environmental Advisor experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or similar environments
- Specialist working knowledge in a key sustainability aspect such as energy and emissions, heritage, workforce sustainability, water, sustainable procurement, circular economy (highly desirable)
- Knowledge & understanding of environmental monitoring - noise, dust, vibration and water
- Understanding of environmental legislation and requirements in WA
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage with site teams
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar

**What you’ll do**:

- Support environmental compliance and delivery of project-specific environmental management plans
- Conduct inspections, monitor site activities, and ensure adherence to environmental regulations
- Consult and communicate environmental and sustainability issues and information with stakeholders
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare reports and documentation
- Promote sustainability and environmental best practices across site teams
