As a 1st Year Apprentice Wall & Floor Tiler, you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside qualified Tradesman to gain hands-on experience & learn the skills of the Tiling trade.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be employed by CCGT and will work day-to-day with our host employer in order to receive your on-the-job training in the industry.

**ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER**:
Our Host Employer is a professional family-owned & operated wall & floor tiling company that works on bathroom renovations in the northern end of the Central Coast.

They are now looking for a hard-working, reliable and proactive Apprentice to join their growing team

**DESIRED QUALITIES**:

- The ability to carry out repetitive heavy lifting & physical manual work
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and give it a go
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Hold a current White Card & Drivers License

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting the tradesmen in set up
- Cutting tiles, laying tiles, moving tiles, screeding
- Removing of old tiles
- Grouting & cleaning tiles in Bathrooms/Kitchens/Pool Areas
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the worksite
- Using manual labour to carry tiles

As part of this Apprenticeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling through OFF the Job - Block Release Training at TAFE NSW - Newcastle over a period of 48 months.
