**About the role**

The position reports to the National Business Manager and is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the delivery of the business plan, managing a number of distributor and end-user key account customers.

**Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business plans and activities that deliver the financial objectives across the budgeted period.
- Manage the day to day customer interaction and operational meetings
- Negotiation and agreement of promotional opportunities maximizing investment return.
- Continue to develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing team ensuring sales plans are executed within customer objectives.
- Manage product availability through effective forecasting of requirements.
- Presentation of products designed to extend distribution and gain new end user accounts

**Experience & Attributes**
- Deep understanding of state based Foodservice Distributors
- Experience in the development and ongoing management of end user key accounts
- Passion for the development of the Foodservice industry
- High level of commercial acumen
- Outstanding communicator
- Demonstrated success in implantation of customer business plans.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to planning and organising.
- Passion for customer service whilst balancing business needs.
- Motivated to exceed expectations and delight your customers.
- Must be self-motivated, self-managed with an ability to work effectively remotely.
- Technically capable across CRM systems and Microsoft Suite/Excel
