We are currently seeking **Mining Production Supervisors** for an industry leading Iron Ore producer, on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.

As a **Mining Production Supervisor**, you will play a key role in the mentoring and development of the team and must be able to act as a positive and professional example.

**About the Role**:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices and conduct daily safety reviews
- Coordinate load and haul activities in relation to mine plans
- Solve daily and weekly technical and resource logístical problems
- Coordinate mine and development activities according to daily mine plans
- Manage and coordinate the pit team's activities
- Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all load and haul, production and mine development activities

**About You**:

- 2 years' previous resource and open pit experience
- Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results
- High commitment to safety
- Excellent interpersonal awareness with ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence
- Results driven, responsible and accountable
- Ability to manage under pressure and adapt quicky to change
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
