Your New Opportunity:

As a site-based Mining Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, leading a crew of 10-19 operators to meet production targets safely. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, this FIFO role from Perth follows a 2/1 dayshift/ nightshift roster: on a job with stability.

The project:

What You'll Do:

  • Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and cost
  • Conducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforce
  • Providing technical and practical support to operators
  • Ensuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectives
  • Maintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Mining/Production.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining.
  • Hands-on mobile plant experience.
  • Section 44 and Statutory – Schedule 26 (or working towards certification).
  • Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening.
