Are you passionate about gymnastics and love working in a team environment? Hornsby RSL Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic and organised **Gymnastics Programs Coordinator** to join our dynamic and supportive club.

**About the Role**:
The Gymnastics Programs Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our recreational and competitive gymnastics programs. You’ll work closely with our coaching team to ensure classes run smoothly, support gymnast development, and help grow participation in our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the scheduling and smooth delivery of gymnastics classes
- Support and mentor coaches across Kindergym, Recreational, and Competitive programs
- Manage gymnast progression and class groupings
- Liaise with families and ensure clear communication
- Contribute to program planning and development
- Coordinate events, workshops, and competitions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong background in gymnastics (coaching or administration)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a busy environment
- Minimum Intermediate Coaching Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (required)

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
