- A pay rise every quarter (the longer you stay with us the more you get paid). People who have stayed for 3 years are among the highest-paid VAs.
- 4 weeks of paid holidays and up to 12 Australian Public Holidays off (and paid for). That's 6 weeks and 2 days that you can relax and spend time with your family (whilst getting paid).
- You get to work from home, you don’t even need to put pants on
- After 6 months you get a medical allowance (to cover HMO/Phil health).
- An 8-hour workday (with an hour paid break), so only 7 hours of work per day. 7-hour Day Shift. Day time shift (not red-eye for you).
- To work with nice and fair business owners (we stop working with any “not so nice ones” that sneak through).
- We don’t monitor your screen (e.g. using Time Doctor). We are all adults here, let’s build a trusting relationship instead.
- A key contact person to support you with everything (how to communicate with your VA, mentoring and have a laugh with).
- A community for support (both practically and socially). Team building activities, including virtual games, prizes and dress-up parties.
- And if it doesn’t work out with your client (but you have done a great job), we pull out all the shots to get you another job.
- Full Time Virtual Assistant

Role:

- Transfer information from LinkedIn Recruiter to JobAdder
- Support in Data Entry
- Classify people and start communication
- Knowledge in LinkedIn Recruiter and JobAdder is an advantage but not required
- Suites a Person who is detail orientated
- This is a job sitting by yourself not with people/team interaction
- Will need to learn the context of how James work
- The client recruit for Technical Roles
- Messages Templates will be provided
