We are now looking for a **DMS Specialist** to join the **National IT team.**This position can be based in either **Warwick Farm NSW, Melbourne VIC or Southport, QLD**.

**About the position**:

- Provide assistance to any DMS specific project
- Ensure daily tasks are carried out relating to DMS maintenance
- Provide high level support for DMS related issues or queries for both customers and Helpdesk staff
- Work with DMS vendors to ensure our DMS’s are running to their SLA’s
- Understand patches, fixes and enhancements and work with the business to ensure they are implemented and in controlled manner with no interruption to service
- Provide training to users when required

**About you**:

- Knowledge in Dealer Management Systems such as era, eraPower, Tune & UNITS
- Detailed knowledge of vehicles/brands & models
- High degree of accuracy and data management skills
- Exemplary telephony and written communication skills
- Project management experience desired
