Begin your journey wish us as a **PORTER within CONCIERGE** at Westin/Four Points Brisbane. Greet and escort guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- You will anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
- You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Have at least 2 years experience preferably within a high volume environment
- You will hold a current drivers licence
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
