W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Porter. Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Porter takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the '**W**' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

- Experience in a 5 star luxury hotel environment within a similar role
- Experience with OPERA property management system an advantage
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skill
- You must have a drivers license for this role
- and must be available to work AM shifts PM.
