**About the role**:
The Relief Member Service Officer plays a key role in the Homebush, CBD and Rooty Hill Branches and as such is required to be flexible in their working locations and at times with short notice.

The Member Services Officer (MSO) will advocate the banks products and services in line with the values of the bank, adhere to all compliance and processes and able to define and evaluate risk related to the role.

The role will require good communication and listening skills to ensure that our members requests are being actioned accurately and efficiently.

The MSO will be passionate about achieving team goals and assisting with instilling a positive working environment within the teams.

The successful applicant will be provided an opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and driven team coupled with two supportive Branch Managers driven by the success of their teams.

**About you**:

If you are a confident communicator with strong cross selling/sales skills you will excel in this role. Your ability to build rapport with a variety of people and a passion to go the extra mile will set you apart.

To succeed in this role you will hold a FSR Tier 2 accreditation and will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
