The role
We are currently seeking a number of enthusiastic and skilled HD Fitters / Auto Electricians for our Field Service team supporting sites in the Pilbara and covering all other mining areas of Western Australia.
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with maintenance and repair on a range of surface Boom/Rotary drills, and their subcomponents including hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems.
This role offers a fly-in-fly-out arrangement from Perth on a flexible roster (8:6 / 5:2 / 4:3/ 14:7), with travel to different customer sites across WA.
Your Profile:
- Relevant Trade Qualification.- Experience maintaining surface drilling (boom and rotary).- Commitment to safety for yourself and your team.- Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic computer literacy.- Current Manual Driver’s License.- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, reference, police, and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.- Experience on DI650 / DP1500 / Pantera / Leopard drills desireable.
